What I like the most is that I don’t need to be fighting with the cables if I am just using if for the neck. It is quiet and very responsive so you can wear it in the office and nobody will notice it. The heat feature warms up pretty fast and the remote is nice.

This product shipped very quickly. It was a different type of massager than what I was accustomed to but the instructions were very good and the product is easy to use. It provides relief from the stress many of us carry in our necks and the heat setting is very nice. I love the remote control so I can easily change settings and because it is wireless I don’t have to sit by a plug while the massager brings relief to my neck.

I would highly recommend if you have a desk job. It is very comfortable to carry over your neck and automatically stops when it is done massaging so that you can focus on your work. The massage modes are also very versatile from low to intense, you can choose whichever fits your need. Before buying you may underestimate the power of the intense mode, but trust me, it is very powerful.

I bought two similar neck massagers for an acute neck issue, this one and another with only two contacts. My plan was to use one for home and one for the office. This massager is miles and miles better than the other. So much so that I am going to purchase a second of these for the office. One hundred percent recommend.

I can't believe how much it made a difference! First time using the electric pulse-type of massage and I loved it! Easy to use and settings from 1 to 15 so you can adjust it to your liking. I Love the neck massager but even more I love that it come with attachable patches that I can use on any area of my body that is pain(especially my back). I also love that it come with a remote to control the intensity levels. I love everything about this. Best purchase ever.

My neck is always stiff and sore and this neck massager with heat really relaxed my muscles and gave me relief. Very easy to use pack and lightweight. The remote control keeps you from having to mess with the button on the side of massager. Great product!!

I really like this massager. It's smaller than I thought it would be so it will be good for me to take to work. My job is stressful and my neck often hurts. The little zaps from the massager helped my neck relax and I loved the heat function.

I practically use the neck massager everyday. It relieves the the tension that is built up in my neck. I don’t know how I didn’t have one before. Amazing device!!

At first the sensation was very weird, but after just a few moments it felt so good! The directions say to put water on your neck first, which seemed odd. But I tried with and without the water and the water definitely felt better!

The massage is really the same as having a tens unit on your neck, which is awesome. Its electric pulses, not a moving massage. The side patches did not work as well as I hoped, but the neck massage was great.
